What is Love Exactly?

Years ago there was a singer who published his work under the Christian genre. His name is Don Francisco and he sang with people like Amy Grant, as well as on his own. His most famous song is He’s Alive and to this day I get chills when I listen to this song and I often cry in gratitude.

When my ex and I married we chose his songs, “I Could Never Promise You”. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPGYwVEHZJA  His work made a big impact on my life and I still think of his songs now and then. Bitter Sweet memories for certain, especially since it was my ex who chose the song.

I’m wondering if my ex and I had continued to listen to Don’s work if we may still be married? Guess that point is moot now since we’ve been apart for as long as we were married.

Why am I thinking of these things? I received a post by Mastin Kipp, a young man who blogs regularly, and is baby lovetransparent in his struggles and in his victories. Today’s post about Love brought me to Don’s songs because his songs are all about Love…Jesus’ love for us…God’s Love for us. It all started with Mastin’s first line…Love is an action, a choice. Don’s song says Love is not a feeling, it’s an act of your will. I recall this often when people are acting unloving toward me and when I am feeling unloving, too. Music, at least to me, is the language of our souls. Music and lyrics often say what we are unable to verbalize ourselves. My last long-term relationship partner used to laugh that he could always tell how I was feeling by what I was playing. I also used those songs to drive home something I had been saying to him, but he wasn’t really hearing me. The music always and I do mean always caught his attention. He is just a musically driven as I am 🙂 I hope you enjoy Mastin’s post as much as I do. I like it when people make me THINK!

what-is-loveLove is an action, a choice.
Love is not really an emotion.
To Love someone is to choose to show up to be devoted to The Divine through that person.

So often in life these days we think that Love is easy or that Love only feels good, but that is not the full extent of what Love is – especially relationship Love.

People think that relationship Love is something that must mask your true feelings, it must always be a euphoric high of some kind or that Love must be a trade.

But that’s not what Love is.

Love is a constant offering to serve to Heart of the person you are in a relationship with. Love is a constant surrendering of your protective ego, so that the Heart can open even more and show you the unknown beauty of its depths.

Love transcends language, religion and belief systems. Love is the deepest gift that we could ever be given by someone and it’s the greatest gift that we could ever give ourselves.

Love is not a trade. Love is not a power trip. Love is not some grandiose expression of infatuation. Love is a humble and subtle power that guides us to grow into titans of giving.

Love asks us to see beyond the fear of our partner, to dive deeper than their ego would want us to and to not leave, even when all that is triggering us wants us to run.

Love shows up when fear is present and asks for more… Love is bigger, Love is brighter, Love is more powerful than any other force in the Uni-verse, because at the core of every cell in the Universe is the deep yearning and desire to Love and be Loved.

Love does not march in with pomp and circumstance. Love whispers. Love silently beckons us to get over ourselves so that we can see the beauty that lay within us and every other sacred soul.

We were not sent to judge, for judgment is just a request for Love. We were sent to Love the parts of ourselves and the world that lack it. We were sent to be the Love in the seeming void of Love.

We, indeed, are the answer. No one is coming, for we have already come.

Our job is to wake up to Love and then be it.

Our job is to Love. Mastin Kipp

Have A Good Opinion Of God

He [Abraham] staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God.

Romans 4:20, KJV

How was Abraham strong in faith? If you look at the verse, it says that he gave glory to God. The word “glory” means “to have a good opinion of.” So while he was waiting on God for his miracle, Abraham simply had a good opinion of God. He believed that God was a faithful God who would bless him as He had promised to.

My friends, every time you consider God, see Him having a smiling face. See Him as someone who loves you perfectly and wants to be good to you. Have a good opinion of Him.

If you read or hear a negative report, have a good opinion of God and say, “God, because I am Your beloved child in Christ, You’ll never let this happen to me. A thousand may fall at my side, and ten thousand at my right hand, but it will never come near me” (Psalm 91:7). Believe and speak positively about God. Believe and speak positively of yourself. The Bible tells us in so many ways to not dwell on the negative because truly, thoughts DO become things.

The people of the world generally have a bad opinion of God. They see Him as an old, angry judge who’s all about punishing people. Beloved, you are in the world but not of the world (John 17:11, 14, 16). So don’t think and talk like the people of the world. God is your heavenly Father who loves you and wants to bless you. So judge Him good and faithful. He deserves all the glory and is delighted when you have a good opinion about Him and trust in His goodness toward you!

Another aspect of glory we should consider & ponder upon is Shekhinah Glory. This phrase isn’t actually used in the Hebrew or Christian Bible’s; however, the word Shekhinah is. What does it mean exactly?

I attended a church in Kentucky years ago where this word was often used and although it wasn’t explained to me at the time, I knew it was something special. It came up again today and has been swirling around in the ether’s a little while now. I discovered that the word is the feminine attributes of God, which caused me to smile 🙂 The traditional religions would have us believe that women are really of little consequence & yet none of us would exist if the divine feminine were not involved. I think the imbalance of yin/yang…male/female…is what is seriously wrong with this world, but I digress.  In researching the word Shekhinah, I found that it is decidedly a feminine word in the Hebrew entomology and means the dwelling or settling, and denotes the dwelling or settling of the divine presence of God, especially in the Temple in Jerusalem. The form is conveyed in a hand sign by the gesture of blessing or benediction, with the palms facing downward and the thumbs of the outspread hands touching. The four fingers on each hand are sometimes split into two sets of two fingers each, thus forming the letter Shin (שׁ), an emblem for Shaddai (God). Sometimes the hands are arranged to form an overlapping lattice of ‘windows’, referring to a ceremony sometimes called Nesiat Kapayim, the “lifting of the hands”, in which Jewish tradition states the Divine Presence would shine through the fingers of the priests as they blessed the people, who close their eyes as the light could be blinding.

This recurrent theme is best known from the writings and songs of the legendary mystic of the 16th century, Rabbi Isaac Luria. Here is a quotation from the beginning of his famous Shabbat hymn:

“I sing in hymns to enter the gates of the Field of holy apples.

“A new table we prepare for Her, a lovely candelabrum sheds its light upon us.

“Between right and left the Bride approaches, in holy jewels and festive garments…”

A paragraph in the Zohar starts: “One must prepare a comfortable seat with several cushions and embroidered covers, from all that is found in the house, like one who prepares a canopy for a bride. For the Shabbat is a queen and a bride. This is why the masters of the Mishna used to go out on the eve of Shabbat to receive her on the road, and used to say: ‘Come, O bride, come, O bride!’ And one must sing and rejoice at the table in her honor … one must receive the Lady with many lighted candles, many enjoyments, beautiful clothes, and a house embellished with many fine appointments …”

The tradition of the Shekhinah as the Shabbat Bride, the Shabbat Kallah, continues to this day.

The concept of Shekhinah is also associated with Holy Spirit in Jewish tradition, such as in Yiddish song: Vel ich, sh’chine tsu dir kummen “Will I, Shekhinah, to you come”

Didn’t Jesus Himself that He would not leave us comfortless when He had to leave the earth? He said He would send us the Comforter. I don’t know about everyone, but in most families, it is the Mother who is the Comforter. It is at our mother’s breast that we receive solace for our wounds. She hugs and pulls us in close to her. I feel the Holy Spirit, Shekhinah, do the very same to me. And I am comforted.

Even Islam and the mystical arm of that faith, Sufism, gives Her recognition. I am happy to see a reawakening of the Divine Feminine. The Catholic Church has had it right all along; glorify Mother Mary. She is a very special woman and full of Divinity. Blessed be the name of the Goddess.

Spiritual Revolution

Earnestly I seek You Psalms 63:1

ESV 1 O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you;
my soul thirsts for you;
my flesh faints for you,
as in a dry and weary land where there is no water.

A more accurate statement cannot be said of me! My Soul Thirsts for You. I have been a seeker of God and the Truth for most of my life. That includes the childhood years. I have come to this earth this go around to really KNOW God in a way I have yet to Know. There has been the deepest of yearnings in the very core of my being.  It is to Love and to Be Loved.

Initially my search began in the Christian Church. I was raised a Southern Baptist in the US Air Force. Sometimes we simply attended the Protestant services, which were generic in structure so the Methodist, Baptist, Episcopalian, Presbyterian denominations, and so on were accommodated. However, whenever we were anywhere near a Baptist Church it was there my mother shepherded my brothers, sister, and me. I enjoyed being a part of this community. I learned of Christ’s love for me. I learned of forgiveness. I learned that NOTHING could ever separate me from the Love of God…Nothing, not even myself. I learned what it means to be a true servant. Servant. The very heart of who I am.

The church taught me about community, too. In the 1960’s when the world was in turmoil over the Viet Nam War, it was the church where we gathered our strength and our solace. I lived in a community filled with all branches of the military and we drew strength from one another. We went to school together, to church together, shared meals with one another, were there for each other should one of our family members not make it home alive.

The 1970’s ushered in my teen years. I turned thirteen (13) in 1971. Changes were assailing me in so many ways. I had my first real kiss as we transitioned from living in the lushness of Wiesbaden Germany to the arid climate of Albuquerque, New Mexico. People were protesting in huge numbers against the Viet Nam War. The end of it came a year later. Unless you were part of the military community, you could not even begin to know the jubilation we felt when President Nixon said he was bringing everyone home! Most of my friends were wearing bracelets for the POW’s & MIA’s and we were hoping we would be able to take the bracelet off soon. I had a bracelet for Sgt. Ryan and he never came home. I remember the day I took it off and put it in my jewelry box. I cried for him and for his family.

My search for God &Truth continued. We were in the middle of the Sexual Revolution and the Women’s Rights Movement. Abortion became legal when I was sixteen (16) years old. I will never forget that day. We were assailed with tremendous force on what we were to believe, how we were to behave, and so on. I wasn’t seeing a whole lot of God and Truth. What I was seeing was Anger & Frustration. And then there was the “Alternative Lifestyle” going on all around us, swirling in the ethers. The Drug Revolution. I embraced it wholeheartedly. I tried just about every drug available at the time. I quit going to church at fifteen (15). I bought metaphysical books and devoured them with a fierce hunger. I listened to FM radio all night long. Music was the gateway to a whole new way of thinking for me. I purchased the Satanic Bible. I read anything I could on Astrology, Witchcraft, Numerology, Eastern religions. You name it and I dabbled in it. Numerology was taught to me by my eighth grade math teacher. I was exposed to Transcendental Meditation in the tenth grade. I always felt I was before my time. Not many people seemed to be on the same path as me and I felt lonely. Still, I kept searching for God and for Truth.

Fast forward a few decades and my search continues; only now I am not alone. While I was in college in my thirties (30’s) and studying computer science, a new and wonderful thing happened to all of us…the INTERNET! It was just released by the military (that is who created it after all)in the middle nineties (90’s). None of us knew what a great liberator and unifier this new technology was going to be. One of the first browsers, after AOL, was Excite! And I got an email address immediately. Soon after Yahoo came out & took Excites position. Then there was Google, and we all know what happened after that. We are GLOBALLY CONNECTED and it is exciting!

Now I am really not alone because we are in the throws of a Spiritual Revolution. My soul sings with joy because of this. Like-minded souls are connecting. We are gathering strength. We are affecting social and political policies. We are beginning to shape economics. No other time in history has shown the wide-spread generosity and concern for others as the time we are living in now. Social enterprise business models are being established in rapid numbers. The term Conscious Economics is beginning to creep into our everyday language.

“A social enterprise is an organization that applies commercial strategies to maximize improvements in human and environmental well-being, rather than maximizing profits for external shareholders. Social enterprises can be structured as a for-profit or non-profit, and may take the form of a co-operative, mutual organization, a social business, or a charity organization.”http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_enterprise

“We are so close to a world that works for everyone that I can taste it. The right kinds of enterprise design, money and finance, government, local economy and social-ecological accounting are at our fingertips. We only need to make enough consensus through dialogue in diverse communities to bring this about. This requires open-minded and mindful people who operate out of maturity and mutual respect.” Torrey Byles [http://consciouseconomics.org/defining-conscious-economics]

It is an exciting time to be alive! And you know what? I have finally found Truth and I have found God. The Divine was inside of me all along. I just didn’t know it.  I believe it is part of my mission, my dharma, to pass along what I have learned. Yes, I am still a servant and I will serve humanity with the gifts, talents, and strengths I have been blessed with. Now I can breathe a sigh of relief. I have found You, God. I have found Truth and my soul is at peace. My niche is called Namaste Healing Center and Thrive Farm, an organic permaculture urban farm  (social enterprise)and I work with the forlorn, the forgotten, and the very people that Jesus came to serve. I am honored to have been chosen for this work and I give it my all. Namaste

Life Lessons and quotes from ‘Peaceful Warrior’

Life Lessons and quotes from ‘Peaceful Warrior’

I watched the movie ‘Peaceful Warrior’ a third time last night and wrote down all the life lessons and quotes I noticed. I am sure I missed a few and they might mean something else to you than to me. The main reason why I love sharing these, it is to keep myself on track and learn to master them myself.
Life Lessons and quotes from Peaceful Warrior:

  • Knowledge is not the same as wisdom – wisdom is doing it
  • What does happiness has to do with anything? – Everything
  • Many people live a lifetime without ever being awake
  • Service is the highest purpose
  • You need to start asking better questions
  • Slow down, you might actually taste something
  • Others want you to believe their answers. Find your own answers – from the inside
  • You’re not what you think – take out the trash, empty your mind ( I disagree completely with this one…You Are indeed what You think-The Bible-The Law of Attraction-the Law of Manifestation…but yes…DO take out the trash!)
  • “Are you out of your mind?” – “yes, and it’s taken a lifetime of practise”
  • There’s never nothing going on
  • The only thing that matters is this moment – Here, Now
  • Sometimes you have to lose your mind before you come to your senses
  • Learn to meditate in every action
  • All you have is right Now
  • Ego shouts: “what would you  be without me?!”
  • Not knowing is a great realization
  • Emotions are natural, but don’t let them rule you
  • Find your answers from within
  • There are no ordinary moments
  • You’ll never be better or less than anybody else
  • Be conscious about your choices and responsible for your actions (including your thoughts)
  • The ones that are the hardest to love, are the ones that need it the most
  • Death isn’t sad – the sad thing is, most people don’t live at all
  • Even if you get exactly what you want, you’ll still suffer, because you can’t hold on to it
  • It’s the journey that brings us happiness, not the destination
  • Life has three rules
    1. Life is a mystery – don’t wast time trying to figure it out
    2. Keep a sense of humour – especially about yourself, it’s a strength beyond all messure
    3. Nothing ever stays the same
  • Where are you? Here!
  • What time is it? Now!
  • What are you? This moment!

MoolaMantra

Om
Sat Chit Ananda Parabrahma
Purushothama Paramatma
Sri Bhagavathi Sametha
Sri Bhagavathe Namaha

Translation:
Oh Divine Force, Spirit of All Creation,
Highest Personality,
Divine Presence, manifest in every living being.
Supreme Soul manifested as the Divine Mother
and as the Divine Father.

The Peace which passeth understanding.

This mantra evokes the living God, asking protection and freedom from all sorrow and suffering. It is a prayer that adores the great creator and liberator, who out of love and compassion manifests, to protect us, in an earthly form. This Moolamantra has given great peace and joy to people all over the world, who have chanted, or even listened to it. It has the power to transport ones mind to the state of causeless love and limitless joy. The calmness that the mantra can give is to be experienced, not spoken about. Dear reader, here is the key with which any door to spiritual treasure could be opened. A tool which can be used to achieve all desires. A medicine which cures all ills. The nectar that can set man free! All auspiciousness and serenity is yours simply by chanting or listening to this magnificent Moolamantra.

Whenever you chant the Moolamantra even without knowing the meaning of it, that itself carries power. But when you know the meaning and chant with that feeling in your heart then the energy would flow million times more powerful. Therefore it is essential to know the meaning of the Mantra when you use it.

The Mantra is like calling a name. Just like when you call a person he comes and makes you feel his presence, the same manner when you chant this mantra, the supreme energy manifests everywhere around you. As the Universe is Omnipresent, the supreme energy can manifest anywhere and any time. It is also very important to know that the invocation with all humility, respect and with great necessity makes the presence stronger.

Simplified meaning of the moola mantra

Sat – The formless

Chit – Consciousness of the universe

Ananda- Pure love, bliss and joy

Para brahma –The supreme creator

 Full Meaning

Om Om has 100 different meanings. It is said ‘In the beginning was the Supreme word and the word created every thing. That word is Om’. If you are meditating in silence deeply, you can hear the sound Om within. The whole creation emerged from the sound Om. It is the primordial sound or the Universal sound by which the whole universe vibrates. Om also means inviting the higher energy. This divine sound has the power to create, sustain and destroy, giving life and movement to all that exist.
Sat Chit Ananda
Sat The all penetrating existence that is formless, shapeless, omnipresent, attribute less, and quality less aspect of the Universe. It is the Un manifest. It is experienced as emptiness of the Universe. We could say it is the body of the Universe that is static. Every thing that has a form and that can be sensed, evolved out of this Un manifest. It is so subtle that it is beyond all perceptions. It can only be seen when it has become gross and has taken form. We are in the Universe and the Universe is in us. We are the effect and Universe is the cause and the cause manifests itself as the effect.
Chit The Pure Consciousness of the Universe that is infinite, omni-present manifesting power of the Universe. Out of this is evolved everything that we call Dynamic energy or force. It can manifest in any form or shape. It is the consciousness manifesting as motion, as gravitation, as magnetism, etc. It is also manifesting as the actions of the body, as thought force. It is the Supreme Spirit.
Ananda Bliss, love and friendship nature of the Universe. When you experience either the Supreme Energy in this Creation (Sat) and become one with the Existence or experience the aspect of Pure Consciousness (Chit), you enter into a state of Divine Bliss and eternal happiness (Ananda). This is the primordial characteristic of the Universe, which is the greatest and most profound state of ecstasy that you can ever experience when you relate with your higher Consciousness.
Parabrahma The Supreme Being in his Absolute aspect; one who is beyond space and time. It is the essence of the Universe that is with form and without form. It is the Supreme creator.
Purushothama This has different meanings. Purusha means soul and Uthama means the supreme, the Supreme spirit. It also means the supreme energy of force guiding us from the highest world. Purusha also means Man, and Purushothama is the energy that incarnates as an Avatar to help and guide Mankind and relate closely to the beloved Creation.
Paramatma The supreme inner energy that is immanent in every creature and in all beings, living and non-living. It’s the indweller or the Antaryamin who resides formless or in any form desired. It’s the force that can come to you whenever you want and wherever you want to guide and help you.
Sri Bhagavathi The female aspect, which is characterized as the Supreme Intelligence in action, the Power (The Shakti). It is referred to the Mother Earth (Divine Mother) aspect of the creation.
Sametha Together or in communion with.
Sri Bhagavathe The Male aspect of the Creation, which is unchangeable and permanent.
Namaha Salutations or prostrations to the Universe that is Om and also has the qualities of Sat Chit Ananda, that is omnipresent, unchangeable and changeable at the same time, the supreme spirit in a human form and formless, the indweller that can guide and help in the feminine and masculine forms with the supreme intelligence. I seek your presence and guidance all the time.

Benefits of Meditation

1. Your life becomes significantly more clearer and calm

The hustle and bustle of everyday life is choking our minds of the peace we deserve! Our technology advancements shouldn’t suffocate our minds, it should allow us to achieve more peace. Meditation helps put those events in perspective for our daily tasks.

2. Your blood pressure is lowered

Science has proven it, meditation lowers the blood pressure, which in return is related to your stress levels and stress management. Much better than taking pills to lower your blood pressure!

3. People around you enjoy your company

Regular meditation leads to higher/positive energy that you are consistently tapping into. This effectively makes you very pleasant to be around, and people like that! People naturally gravitate to the people that make them feel good.

4. Your connection with God is strengthened

Spiritual awareness is strengthened with a daily meditation practice. You naturally become more aware of your surroundings, and higher awareness always leads to a deeper connection with God. The trees begin showing personalities, and the landscape takes on different meanings … all through a deeper awareness.

5. You achieve several hours of sleep in one 20 minute meditation session

Another scientific fact is that meditation is known to put you into a deeper state of rest than deep sleep. Deep sleep is associated with a delta brainwave. Deep meditation can drop you into that delta brainwave rapidly, achieving the effects in a shorter amount of time.

6. Problems that seemed very difficult suddenly have clear solutions

For every problem a solution exists. When your mind is clear and your in a state of peace, solutions appear. Being in a state of peace just naturally attracts solutions and pathways into your field of view.

7. Your productivity sky rockets because of your ability to have clear focus

If solutions to problems appear more frequently when meditating daily, then imagine what happens to your everyday tasks. Solutions to everyday life become more and more obvious. And you begin to take note of these subtle changes as your spiritual vision grows clearer and wider.

8. Your life expectancy increases

Science has shown that regular meditation will increase your life expectancy. It’s pretty obvious to see … less stress and more peace promotes healthy cells and healthy cells regenerate healthier cells. And likewise, stressed cells regenerate more stressed cells. So live longer by choosing more peace in your life.

9. You effectively reduce stress in your life

Speaking of stress, meditation has a profound effect on reducing stress in your body. Because meditation promotes peace and inner calm, stress dissolves dramatically from this meditative process. Again, science has proven it.

10. You can visualize powerfully when combined with positive affirmations and meditation

Meditation is powerful at clearing the mind and focusing on simple things … like breathing … or a flower. But, it can be used for so much more! To powerfully manifest your desires, you must get into a clear connection with the source of manifesting (God(YAHWEH)/Universe/Ethers). If your spirits are on high while you visualize then the communication channel for manifesting positive events in your life is strengthened.

While meditating I like to repeat affirmations, otherwise known as mantras, to help focus my energy into the positive. These statements can be as simple as “love” or “I am love, I am joy, I am peace”.

11. You feel fantastic throughout your day!

And finally, when you meditate on a regular basis, you just feel fantastic. Plain and simple. You feel good!

‘”Letters to the Presence”
It is time to have powerful and deep conversations with the Great Presence I AM within you and above you ♥ to manifest and bring forth everything that we so desire .

♥`* •.♫. ¸ * ¨♥ `* ♥

From the January 21, 2011 weekend gathering
“Nurturing Christ Consciousness” Chapter 3
http://www.radiantrosestore.com/products/11%252d01-Nurturing-Christ-Consciousness-%28Chapter-Three%29.html

♥ The Ascended Master Akasha :

Today I wish to introduce a new idea to you. It is part of the Divine Plan. It is something that you agreed upon and that as you entered upon the great path of resurrection you would enter into a conscious daily conversation with your I AM Presence that is your true great God Self.

These conversations don’t have to be long but I do encourage you to start writing some letters to your Presence, using a journal and you write one page. The whole idea is to enter into a daily dialogue with your Presence and be able to chart what unfolds so that you can start charting the difference that it is making.

I say to each of you, as long as you do not succumb to the appearance side of life and teach yourself that in all things there is always solution and to make that such a sovereign attitude, unbreakable in your being. To all things that appear in the world and that appear in people’s lives there is always solution.

Start talking to your Presence a little bit more strongly, more intimately, more personally and bring to the Presence that which you face each day.

Letters to the Presence can be a wonderful experience where you are communing:

“Oh Beloved I AM, I just love to greet you. You are my true glorious God Self. Oh Beloved I AM, come forth and express your Presence through my joy. Express your Presence through the intelligence of my mind. Come forth and express Thy Will through my feeling side of life. As I go on about my daily activities, Beloved I AM that I am, I seek not to do one thing without being certain that Thy Presence is expressing through my mind, my thoughts, my feelings, my actions, my decisions, my desires, my hopes, dreams, my aspirations. I look to you Beloved I AM, Infinite and Divine Consciousness, expressing through my being and world and in all that I am seeking to accomplish.

And where there are challenges, Mighty I AM Presence, I look to you. I look to you for a solution here. And when I enter out into the world, when I’m working alongside others and there are challenges that rise up or disagreements or arguments, let me remember that Thy Presence abides in everyone else’s heart whether they know it or not. I know it and that’s the difference; I know it. | Track 18 | And it is no longer acceptable to me when I am out working in the world not to bring your presence into everything that I am doing.

I am ready for miracles. I am ready to observe your Presence being the solution to every problem, to every appearance, to every disagreement, whatever that is, I just love to look to you, Beloved I AM, to come forth and be the revelation, to be the answer. Connect me at all times with the right people, in the right place, at the right time. Offer Thy guiding Presence. I wish to come to that place that I know that when I am thinking I am thinking constructively; that when I am thinking there is a vein of Higher Intelligence that is expressing through my thoughts, through my intuitions, through my field of resonance and sensitivity.

In my Resurrection up into Thy glorious Presence, I offer to you that which are factors of resonance, intuition, sensitivity, to be that which is taken up by you. And Beloved I AM, when I am out in the world make sure that I am shielded, that I never take on the discord that is generated by others. Seal my in Thy great Cosmic Tube of Light that makes me invisible, invincible to the discord that yet remains in the outer world.

Oh Beloved I AM, keep me ahead of time constantly aware of all that I might face and always, always, always send forth Thy Presence out in front of me. Beloved I AM, keep me mindful and in deep comprehension of the words of the prophet, ‘There can be a Presence that goeth before me and doeth all things’.

Oh Beloved I AM, I know that Thy jewel abides within my heart and the nature of your expression is Perfection. Beloved I AM, I have heard that Akasha will decree from her temples that you now begin to unleash your Presence, your Power and Perfection from Thy great God centre within and that I am in this year of 2011 to call upon you, ‘Beloved I AM inside me, come forth and RELEASE, UNLEASH, TRANSLATE, INTERPRET your Perfection.’ I understand what this means. I am acknowledging Thy Presence within. I know that your Presence is Omnipresence, Omnipotence, Omniscience, All-Knowing, All-Loving, everywhere present, Infinite Perfection.

You are awake, in fact, it is your presence inside my heart that has awakened me and you are awake. And by my efforts, by all the meditations in the past, every time I’ve turned my attention within, every time I’ve acknowledged, every time I have decreed, your Presence has grown within me, awake and active, and now your Presence, in this year, 2011, the first year of our stepping onto the path of resurrection, the next great activity is to unleash Thy Presence, Thy Power throughout my being and world.

How will this occur? Well Beloved I AM, my Ascended Master teachers are reminding me that not even you, nothing can get into my outer world of form, of experience, of substance; nothing can get into my outer world including you, my own Beloved I Am Presence, without that first abiding inside my consciousness. So when I say to you, Beloved I AM, I acknowledge that you are awake, I acknowledge that you are active and I am using my free will, I am speaking to you, my own great God Self to UNLEASH the power of your Perfection. INTERPRET and TRANSLATE your Perfection through my consciousness. And it is through this great activity that you will unleash the Christ I AM ultimately as the only acting activity within my consciousness.

Beloved I Am, in these letters that I am writing to you each day, Akasha and Asun and many of the Ascended Host are coming forth and teaching us in these end days. Akasha suggests we use this phrase, ‘Beloved I AM within my heart, come forth and unleash, interpret and translate your Perfection into and through my consciousness.’ Do I have an understanding of this? Oh Beloved I AM, let me try because I understand that to have that understanding inside me, it can then unfold outside of me.

I have a consciousness and I have a much greater understanding today of consciousness than I had yesterday. I understand that consciousness is infinite, yet we have not experienced the infinite nature of our consciousness because we, as human beings, fell into a deep dream, a nightmare, and dreamed the tree of knowledge of good and evil. In this, we as creator beings, created something that never existed in our consciousness before we ever came to the Earth.

We, as creator beings, used your Power, Beloved I AM, as creator beings to dream opposites, to dream duality and to dream the experience of fear. I understand now. I am awake. I understand that fear has contracted, limited and placed my consciousness in a box of belief systems fostered by a belief in two powers. In my process of awakening, Beloved I AM, I have discovered that you can offer me the Sacred Fire, and beyond you, I can go to the Great Ones and the angels to get that Sacred Fire to sweep into my being and world to begin, by my command, to take that fear right out of my being and world; right out of my consciousness so that my consciousness can begin to do what it was intended to do – expand and once again be infinite.

Oh Beloved I AM, in these days of resurrection I am having great epiphany. I am having great awakening. I am leaning upon those mighty words, ‘I AM here, I AM there, I AM everywhere’. This ‘I’ that speaks, this is my True Self. This is you speaking and this mighty statement reveals that I AM is consciousness and the only way this mighty statement can be and be fulfilled and experienced is because I AM is Infinite Consciousness; therefore there is no place that your consciousness, that I am an individualization of, is not present. Aahh . . it feels good to awaken and to be aware of these things. Yet Beloved Presence in the letters that I am writing to you each day . .”

And by now this might be 4/5 letters; you only have to write a page but my idea here is that this, being part of the Divine Plan, that you would start writing a letter to the Presence each day and tomorrow you would pick that up and continue your letter. Do you understand? There is an unfoldment here dear hearts.

And so as I continue to write to you my Beloved Presence. I’m really interested in comprehending, in understanding the words that Akasha seems to use with purpose. She is inviting us to acknowledge your Presence but she’s also encouraging us to use certain phrases and terms that are new. Akasha is saying for us to call upon Thy Presence and Power to unleash itself and interpret your Perfection through our consciousness. I’d like to examine this phrase with you, Beloved I AM, to make sure I understand inside me what this means so that it can unfold in my outer life.

I am gaining a greater appreciation now that I really ought not to try so hard to correct things in the outer world; that I ought first to seek to make the change inside me and then allow that change to unfold in the outer world experience. I get this now and I make that commitment more and more that if I wish something to show up in my outer life that I must first plant the seeds of that inside my consciousness. I get that.

But right now, Beloved I Am, I’m really interested in this phrase that Akasha is using, ‘Come forth Beloved I Am and UNLEASH Thy Power and INTERPRET, TRANSLATE your Perfection through my consciousness.’ Beloved I Am, let’s explore this idea.

I know that I am conscious. I am aware that I have a consciousness. I have a facility, a faculty of consciousness that I can use and I know that I use that every day, yet, I have not really allowed that consciousness to go too far and within my consciousness are many things. Within my consciousness is all my thinking, my feeling, every belief that has come my way, everything my sight has ever registered. I understand that even within my consciousness is intellect. I understand through the studies that the intellect can be likened to a library. It is the great storehouse of all information that has come to me through my faculties. What I have seen, what I have read, what I have heard – all that has come to me through the sense faculties of the experience side of life is what stores itself in the intellect and becomes the vast library as a reference point if there is something that I wish to go into that library and refer to for something that is a future decision. So I understand that this is part of my consciousness – intellect.

Now, Beloved I AM, I heard years ago a dictation from Akasha on the Holy Spirit vs. the ego and I understand that these are two activities of consciousness as well. And today, Beloved Presence, I’m going to approach this in the following way. The ego is likened to the male energy and the Holy Spirit is likened to the female energy – Light and Love. I understand, that because of the ‘fall from grace’, that the Holy Spirit, the Love of consciousness, has not been plentiful within my consciousness. Without the Love, without that Spirit, the male energy, the ego is thrown out of balance, thus the term, ‘altered ego’. In my awakening, in my choice for peace, in my remembering to live from the heart and all these wonderful goodies, I trust Beloved Presence, that these wonderful faculties you gave me are now not altered; that the ego is back in balance and the door into my consciousness is open and the Holy Spirit is releasing itself into.

So, Beloved I AM, let me see if I have this right. The role of the ego is to file all data that comes to me from the outer world through the senses – sense of sight, touch, hearing etc. I understand that this is the true role of the ego that all that comes to me through the senses, that you store this in the intellect aspect of consciousness.

Now, what I’m really interested in, Beloved I AM, because I understand for the most part my ego is back into a balanced state and this is a good thing. So as I seek to comprehend this phrase that Akasha says to us these days and I’m realizing there’s a number of other things I must understand first. The phrase that I’m seeking to really comprehend, Beloved I Am, again, is this phrase Akasha asks us to greet you.

“Beloved I AM, you are awake and active within me and I am calling upon you to UNLEASH your Power and Perfection, TRANSLATE, INTERPRET your Perfection through my consciousness.” This is what I am truly interested in interpreting.

So as I continue to write my daily letters to you I am trusting that I am gaining a deeper conversation with you and opening the way for an amazing epiphany and so I have been rethinking and remembering what the intellect – it’s the great storehouse that the ego in its balanced state is to store in the intellect all that is coming through the faculties of sense. I’ve got that right. So what is the next thing perhaps Beloved Presence that I might desire to remember. Aahh yes, the role of the Holy Spirit in consciousness vs. the role of ego. I’ve reviewed the role of the ego in a balanced state so what is the role of the Holy Spirit? (deep breath) I will just pause on this for a moment . .
