Love is Spiritual Energy

Our Heartfire is the sparkling of Love, the ‘Source of Light’ that lives at the center of our being.

When we open our HeartFire Gateways …

breathing into the Heart…

centering…

Love flows through, and we actualize our Divine Selves.

attentions in this sacred space
entering the silence

accessing inner knowing

receiving vision

taking action on what we receive

One breath,
One choice,
One vision,
one action,
one Heart at a time.

I am a priestess devoted to Love

“My body is the temple, where flesh and Spirit unite.

Dance is my prayer.

Enter my temple and be loved a thousand and one ways.

Within the sanctuary of my heart, only Love dwells.

I am a vessel of abundance, infinite dreams.

I am a priestess devoted to Love ~ with my body and every breath…”

Learn the Master Keys of Sufi Prophetic Healing

No matter what particular issue you’re working on during your healing journey, the most important place to focus is your heart. Your heart carries all of the issues, all of the concerns, and all of the beliefs that are self-limiting, dysfunctional or painful. These are all stored in the heart.

Thus, the place to begin receiving is into the heart. As the heart clears, as the wounds release, and as the beliefs dissolve, love flows into the heart, and then this love circulates throughout the entire body on every level, physical, emotional and spiritual.

So it is essential to develop and increase your ability to receive love. Even if you had experiences in the past that made you afraid to receive love, this is based on a false belief that love is hurtful or dangerous. What you got may have hurt you, but real love doesn’t hurt; it heals.

It is important to realize that this belief does not serve you. And real love is available to you around the clock. Set your intention to deepen your receiving, especially to receive into those deeper realms that are thirsty for the love. The places that are thirsty are the ones which have been wounded, shut down and protected.

In the healing work, often the fiercest dragon guards the most tender and vulnerable places in our heart. As we drop deeper into our hearts, this often surfaces as anger or fear. These emotions can get rather strong, since these are the emotions that were packed into the heart years ago when you were facing situations where you decided to close up,

protect and defend. When you focus on receiving, you realize that the key is to bring love to the places that are thirsty, the places where you have held off the love out of fear or defense. This is a tremendous opportunity to bring healing in a gentle way.

Healing Prayer

I ask the Great Unseen Healing Force to remove all obstructions from my mind and body and to restore me to perfect health. I ask this in all sincerity and honesty and I will do my part.

I ask the Great Unseen Healing Force to help both present and absent ones who are in need of help that You restore them to perfect health. I put my trust in the Love and Power of God.

And So It Is

Ashe/Amen

Lesson Six ~ General Information

What happens during a Reiki session? A Reiki treatment is non-diagnostic, non-interventionist, non-manipulative and no pressure is applied. A session is usually carried out with the recipient lying down, or sitting, in a comfortable and peaceful environment. There is no need to remove any clothing as Reiki energy passes easily through all materials, including plaster casts.

The practitioner places their hands gently on or over the body. The recipient automatically draws in only as much energy as is needed, using it in whatever way is most appropriate at the time. Reiki may be experienced as a flow of energy, mild tingling, warmth, coolness, other sensations, or nothing at all. Reiki is deeply relaxing and has a profound calming effect. It is a good idea to rest for a while afterwards and drink plenty of water over the next few days. Be responsive to your bodies needs e.g. resting if tired and allowing the energy to continue its work in the days following the session. The beneficial effects may be felt for several days.

What are the benefits? Illness can be a time of great stress. Reiki can help us cope by encouraging relaxation and bringing balance to both mind and emotions. Benefits include deep relaxation promoting a calm, peaceful sense of well-being; on all levels. Reiki encourages and supports positive personal choices such as improving diet, taking more exercise, devoting time for rest or leisure activities and may reduce the need for alcohol and tobacco. Engendering greater inner harmony and balance, regular Reiki treatments promote a calmer response to life’s challenges. Reiki’s gentle energy is easily adapted to most medical conditions and may be used safely by people of all ages, including the newborn, pregnant mothers, surgical patients, the frail and the elderly, in any situation. Being complementary, Reiki works effectively alongside orthodox healthcare and natural remedies, expanding treatment options.

Reiki affects the Chakras, the Meridians the Aura & all three bodies, Mental, Emotional & Physical. Reiki can enhance everyday living and regular sessions may help to promote development of a healthier, more resourceful state of being.

Effects of Reiki

Reiki most often feels like a warmth coming from the healer’s hands and it promotes relaxation, restoring calm to the body and the mind. Reiki works for the highest good and can never do any harm. It works whether you believe it or not.

It releases blocks caused by negative thoughts and enhances the body’s ability to heal itself. It relieves pain, reduces stress and clears the build up of toxins in the body. It treats the symptoms and the causes of illness. Reiki can be used for the benefit of adults, children, animals, plants, even situations in the present and the past can be helped by sending distant healing.

Lesson 3a ~ Reiki Certification

The problem with talking about Reiki with others is that they tend to mystify it. For them, it falls under the realm of supernatural, magical & mystical. I like these words, we can use them & they apply, to a certain extent, but so do the words scientific, quantifiable & real. The only differences in energy are its vibrations. This is true of everything: So a squirrel chasing its tail, a piece of paper sitting on my desk & you reading this post. The only difference is the rate you are vibrating at. Reiki vibrates universally, at a very high level. This is why it heals, it’s pure love, which binds, holds, heals & glues everything back together that has fallen apart, unless to heal the route is by destroying, dissecting & letting go, in this case Reiki helps you undue the damage to get back to a place of balance.Reiki being energy also has its own awareness, so it works without your directing it. All you need do is channel it.
Since Reiki is a real force of energy you can actually see it, using aura photography. I will now posts some pictures showing how Reiki can change your auric field.Originator: https://www.facebook.com/groups/240543172637047/

Lesson Two ~ The History of Reiki

Hands on healing has been around for many centuries and has been known in many cultures. When you read about Reiki in books or on the Internet you will find several different theories about where Reiki came from: the stars, lost civilizations like Lemuria, Atlantis. From Egypt, India or Tibet. What we do know for a fact is that Reiki was “rediscovered” in Japan by Dr Mikao Usui during the beginning of the 20th century & it is generally understood that one of his students, a Mrs. Hawayo Takata brought Reiki to the western world after World War II.

Reiki In Japan: Dr. Usui discovered Reiki during a mystical experience on Mt. Kurama, a sacred mountain north of Kyoto. A few months later he started a Reiki organization called the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai which means “Usui Reiki Healing Society.” He also opened a Reiki clinic in Harajuku, Aoyama, Tokyo. There he taught classes and gave Reiki treatments. After the Great Kanto earthquake in 1923 the demand for Reiki was great and it was at this time that Usui began training other teachers.

Reiki is a generic word in Japan, and is used to describe many types of healing and spiritual work. It is not exclusive to the system of healing based on Dr. Usui’s method. The system of healing that evolved from Dr. Usui’s method is called the Usui System of Natural Healing or Usui Reiki Ryoho. The clearest and most authentic understanding we have been able to discover is that Dr. Usui originated the system of healing he taught and practiced based first on his mystical experience on Mt. Kurama and then later by making use of his studies in many different areas of healing knowledge.
During his mystical experience on Mt. Kurama, Dr. Usui received the ability to do Reiki treatments. Dr. Hayashi a medical doctor in Japan worked with Dr. Usui & created a complex hand position system based on his experience as a medical doctor and from his experience working in his Reiki clinic. He also further developed the attunement process which transfers the ability to give Reiki from one person to another; you will all receive Attunements
during this course.

Mrs. Takata who brought Reiki to the West developed what she called the foundation treatment which is a simplified version of what she learned from Dr. Hayashi. The foundation treatment consists of 4 hand positions on the abdomen area and 3 or 4 hand positions for the head and a few optional hand positions on the back. She also decided not to teach most of the techniques (now called Japanese Reiki techniques) she learned from Dr. Hayashi, thus simplifying the system for Westerners as is common of most martial arts that have filtered their way to Western Culture.

A Reiki timeline
1800 – Reiki was rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in mid 1800. Reiki is a natural spiritual healing technique which is unaffected by the Religious beliefs of a person.
Dec 24, 1900 – Hawayo Takata was born at dawn on December 24th, 1900, on the island of Kauai, Hawaii, and she brought Reiki to the west. Mrs. Takata initiated twenty-two Reiki Masters.
There are variations on the history of Reiki in the East and West, however it is known
that Mikao Usui received his first Reiki Attunement during his time in deep meditation on Mount Kurama, Japan in March of 1922.
1935 – One of Usui’s students, Hawayo Takata (1900-1980), a woman whose illnesses healed
following Reiki therapy in Japan in 1935, eventually came to the United States and was responsible for teaching Reiki masters now living in North America.

What is Reiki?

Lesson One ~ What is Reiki?

Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese name consisting of 2 words Rei and Ki meaning spiritually guided life energy (commonly known as Universal Life Energy), an energy which animates us all and is found all around us. Reiki is a form of spiritual healing using “universal life energy” channeled through the practitioner to the recipient. Reiki helps to harmonize body, mind and spirit for yourself or anyone you want to help. Reiki is not a religion nor does it have any religious affiliations. Reiki is a universal energy that flows through & is a part of all things in the entire physical universe. It works because of science, yet as a concept it ties into the common denominator of all religions.

The power of Reiki is in essence the power of love; unconditional love as a conscious creational & destructive force of energy. This energy is made from 4 pillars of which it is manifested as real by standing upon these 4 constructs. They are Humility, Patience, Gratitude & Respect. In time you will come to see how these are your only real weapons in life to combat ignorance for there is truly no problem life could through at you where a careful application of one or more of these pillars couldn’t solve. They are your greatest tools in any relationship or communication & once mastered can bring magic into your life & your own eventual enlightenment. Here is the Reiki Prayer, the first thing that my master gave to me when I began my journey of becoming an energy healer: Praying is a form of meditation. It is to focus oneself using meaningful words.

This is the Reiki prayer. Your first task is to say this in your favorite meditative pose, or just sit comfortably at your computer with your hands on your lap, palms facing up, breathe in through your nose & out through your mouth several times then read the prayer. It is also beneficial to say it before each one of the lessons I give you or at the beginning of each day. The purpose is to clear your energy field.

Just for today, I will let go of anger. Just for today, I will let go of worry. Just for today, I will give thanks for my many blessings. Just for today, I will be brutally honest with myself. Just for today, I will extend my kindness to everyone I meet & every living thing.
